1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and participation in workshops organised and operated under the brand name Nikah Costa by Roberta Modulo Trevizan da Costa, a sole proprietor based in Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Nikah Costa", "we", "our", or "us").
By booking a workshop or participating in one of our activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings and Contract Formation
Public workshops can be booked through our website or other authorised booking platforms.
Private workshops, corporate events, and exclusive group bookings may be arranged by email and are confirmed once both parties agree to the booking details in writing.
A booking becomes binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation and, where applicable, full payment.
Workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A place in a workshop is only guaranteed once full payment has been received.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed when making a booking, subject to availability and the conditions set out in Section 8.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euros.
Charges are exempt from VAT pursuant to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG.
Workshop fees are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional items or add-ons purchased at the studio may be paid for by card or cash unless otherwise agreed.
For private workshops and exclusive group bookings, the workshop fee refers to the agreed total price for the entire group, regardless of the number of participants agreed to attend on the day.
5. Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum of four participants is required for public workshops.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Nikah Costa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop.
In such cases, participants may choose either:
* a full refund; or
* transfer to another available workshop date.
Nikah Costa shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel or accommodation.
6. Public Workshops – Cancellation, Rebooking and No-Shows
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking:
* Up to 15 days before the workshop date: 100% refund.
* Between 14 and 8 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
* 7 days or less before the workshop date: no refund.
Rebooking
Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the workshop date and is subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the workshop date, rebooking is no longer possible.
Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your place to another person up to 24 hours before the workshop date by providing written notice and the substitute participant's details.
No-Show
Failure to attend a workshop without prior written cancellation is considered a no-show. No refund or rebooking will be provided in such cases.
Written Notice
Cancellation and rebooking requests must be submitted in writing and are only considered valid once expressly confirmed by Nikah Costa.
7. Private and Corporate Workshops
Private workshops and corporate events are exclusively reserved for closed groups and are not open to other participants.
As staff time, materials, and workshop space are specifically reserved for these events, the following conditions apply.
Cancellation
The entire group booking may be cancelled up to 15 days before the workshop date and will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made 14 days or less before the workshop date, no refund will be given.
Individual participants within a private or corporate booking cannot cancel separately. The booking is treated as one group reservation.
Rebooking
Rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the workshop date and is subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the workshop date, rebooking is no longer possible.
Written Notice
Cancellation and rebooking requests must be submitted in writing and are only considered valid once expressly confirmed by Nikah Costa.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be purchased through our website or at the studio.
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for four (4) years from the date of purchase, are transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be commercially resold.
Gift vouchers are issued as a unique voucher code and may only be redeemed through the Nikah Costa website.
Voucher codes should be treated like cash and kept secure. Nikah Costa is entitled to treat any person redeeming a valid voucher code as authorised to use it and accepts no liability for lost, stolen, disclosed, or unauthorised use of voucher codes except where required by law.
Vouchers may be used for available workshops offered by Nikah Costa and are subject to the booking, cancellation, and rebooking conditions applicable to the selected workshop.
If the workshop price exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking. Any remaining voucher balance may be used towards future bookings during the voucher's validity period.
9. Participation Requirements
Participation in workshops is possible from the age of six.
Participants under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains responsible for their supervision and safety during the workshop.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring that children participating in workshops are physically and emotionally fit to participate.
10. Safety and Workshop Conduct
Safety is our highest priority.
Participants attend workshops at their own risk and are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by our staff.
Participants must:
* use all tools, materials, and equipment carefully and in accordance with instructions;
* report any damaged or defective tools immediately;
* respect other participants and staff;
* avoid behaviour that compromises safety or disrupts the workshop experience.
Harassment, aggressive behaviour, intoxication, repeated disregard of instructions, or conduct that endangers participants, staff, or property will not be tolerated.
For safety reasons, Nikah Costa reserves the right to refuse participation or remove participants whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be granted to the extent permitted by law.
11. Materials and Allergies
We carefully select high-quality materials and supplies from reputable suppliers within the European Union and make every reasonable effort to provide safe and suitable products during our workshops.
However, individual sensitivities and allergies to certain materials, metals, or components vary from person to person and cannot always be reasonably foreseen or identified.
Participants are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities before participating.
Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Nikah Costa accepts no liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from individual, unknown, or undisclosed allergies.
Handmade items should be handled with reasonable care and are not intended for young children.
12. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Nikah Costa accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the workshop, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Photography and Media
During our workshops, we may occasionally take photographs or short videos of the creative process, materials, finished pieces, and the workshop atmosphere for use on our website and social media channels.
We aim to avoid capturing identifiable images of participants without their permission.
If you prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, please let us know at the beginning of the workshop and we will respect your wishes.
14. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, teaching materials, designs, methods, handouts, digital content, photographs, text, graphics, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Nikah Costa unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Workshop participants are not permitted to make audio or video recordings of workshops or distribute workshop materials without our prior written consent.
15. Liability
Nikah Costa shall only be liable for damages to the extent required under applicable law.
In particular, liability cannot be excluded in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or under mandatory provisions of Austrian product liability law.
Liability for accidents, injuries, or damage resulting from improper use of workshop equipment, materials, or failure to follow instructions is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

17. Changes to These Terms
Nikah Costa reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions for future bookings where necessary.
The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on our website.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Austrian law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Austria.
